Miguel Balbi, p/k/a Balbi is a musician, producer, engineer and entrepreneur who began his career as a student at the Columbia University Computer Music Center. He has produced music, concerts and television, working with Universal Music Group, Sony Music, The Orchard, Live Nation, AEG Live, Roc Nation, CBS and the Food Network, among others. He has worked with a variety of artists in a multitude of capacities and genres including KRS One, Kanye West, Lady Gaga, Damian Marley, Dave Chappelle, O.A.R., Cultura Profética and many more. Most recently, his production work was featured by Rolling Stone in their “The 35 Best Spanish Language Albums of 2021” list.

In the world of nightlife, Daniel Lara is ever the straight man. He’s built a reputation for maintaining his composure in high-pressure situations while keeping his finger on the pulse of NYC’s dynamic bar scene. A native New Yorker with 20 years of experience, Lara’s previous projects include venues such as Mr. Wu’s basement, the Bowery Beer Garden, Tropical 128, and Anchor Bar. He’s hard at work at Dialog, an experiential creative agency, as well as a consultant on the rebranding of The Delancey. In his free time, you can find Lara meditating or drawing, or posted up at your local bar enjoying a tequila served neat.
Jayne has been working in the entertainment business for over 20 years, spanning the major record labels, film/tv/music production companies and radio.
She got an early start at CBS Records in marketing, promotions and development for all their label artists and genres (Columbia Records, Epic, Chrysalis). Some creative projects were Bruce Springsteen, James Brown, Pink Floyd, Isley Brothers, Wynton Marsalis, Sade, Rodney Crowell, Columbia Jazz Series and Bob Dylan. Awarded an RIAA Gold Record for The Bangles creative campaign and received a CBS Records marketing award for Michael Jackson’s “BAD” project.
Her journey then led to IMDb credits for major film studio and tv network productions (Disney, Hollywood Pictures, ABC and CBS).
Next up in the record label world was working on the business side (Business Affairs) for BMG Records, PolyGram Records (Island, Mercury, Def Jam, Motown) and Warner Music Group (Atlantic, Elektra, Asylum, Bad Boy). Senior Management positions for licensing across the labels included artists U2, Bob Marley, Salt-N-Pepa, Boys II Men, LL Cool J, Miami Sound Machine, Billy Ray Cyrus, The Eagles, Metallica, Bjork, Busta Rhymes, Missy Elliott, En Vogue, Coldplay, Charlie Puth, Flo Rida, Bruno Mars, P. Diddy, Jay-Z, Kelly Clarkson, Ed Sheeran & Broadway smash musical Hamilton.
Sidney Mills is a British Jamaican musician, best known as a member of the roots reggae band Steel Pulse.
Sidney became a musician at an early age, moving to Kingston in the late 1960s to pursue a musical career. He attended Kings College [Kingston], where he matured as a musician under the tutelage of the likes of Sonny Bradshaw.
In 1981 he moved to New York City, performing alongside reggae and Jamaican musical artists such as Shabba Ranks and lovers rock icon Judy Mowatt. Sidney was the keyboard player for the Grammy award-winning band Steel Pulse since 1988. He has collaborated with a wide array of artists, including Aswad and Smashing Pumpkins.

Sidney and Steel Pulse’s David Hinds collaborated to produce Franklin’s Tower, for the album Fire On The Mountain: Reggae Celebrates The Grateful Dead.
Sidney also scored the soundtrack for the film Fly by Night. He has collaborated on albums released by Frankie Paul, Ziggy Marley, Mikey Dread Shinehead, Shabba Ranks, The Neville Brothers, Gwen Guthrie, Lionize, Toots Hibbert & Sly & Robbie.

Assistant Director for world-renowned Latin urban artists De La Ghetto, Daddy Yankee, Wisin, Yandel, Ñengo Flow, Tito El Patrón, Jencarlos Canela, and Ky-Mani Marley; among others.
Produced Apple Music’s “Up Next” bio-documentary for world-acclaimed superstar Bad Bunny in conjunction with Silent Allied Productions.
